How we work
Our Education and Football Programmes are designed to establish a strong foundation for lifelong learning, while our Community Projects work to address immediate challenges faced by the families. Together, these initiatives create a pathway for students to escape the cycle of poverty.

How we're run

Through clear communication and responsible management, we ensure that every contribution leads to a meaningful and sustainable impact in the lives we support.
Our impact and reach
What started with a classroom of 15 children, over the past 17 years has grown to two schools open six days a week and a multifunctional football pitch where daily training sessions are held. Every year we support:

A child's journey at ISF Cambodia
All of our students start their ISF journey in one of our two schools. Here children between 8-12 years old gain access to quality education, healthcare and sports.
Before joining ISF
Families trapped by crushing poverty can’t afford to send their children to school, or need them to skip education and scramble for money by scavenging or other means to boost family income.
After joining ISF
Children make up for lost time in class via the ISF Catch-up Programme and also access — along with their families — enhanced healthcare, nutrition plus life-affirming activities that include sports through ISF’s football programme.
Integration to Public School
Through accelerated educational, our students reach correct levels of age-appropriate learning and move to state-supported schools to finish high school — equipped with knowledge, self-esteem and confidence.
Higher education and gainful employment
Breaking cycles of generational poverty, ISF students become responsible young adults who get good jobs, start businesses and, in many cases, enter university — all leading to personal accomplishment, family stability and community progress.
