Another Great Victory for ISF at the RHB Cambodia Junior Football Cup 2017

On 27th May 2017, four ISF teams competed against 36 teams from around Phnom Penh and Siem Reap at the RHB Cambodia Junior Football Cup 2017. The tournament, organized by RHB Cambodia aims to use football to inspire young players to dream big and develop confidence and resilience to overcome obstacles in life.

The event took place in Phnom Penh and saw 320 players involved. ISF sent three boys’ teams and one girls’ team to represent the organisation and, as usual, the ISF players made us proud. Our boys team, ISF Stung Meanchey (ISF SMC) reached the semifinals and ISF Chbar Ampov team (ISF CA) made it to the finals. Unfortunately, they did not manage to take the trophy home this time.

On the other hand, the ISF girls team showed some great teamwork and skills on the field and managed to defeat all their opponents, becoming the new champions of the RHB Cambodia Junior Football Cup 2017!
