Vicheka ChourpCountry Manager
Vicheka has over 15 years of experience in programme management and administration in the non-profit sector. In her role, she oversees the the day-to-day running of the whole operation of the organisation, including ISF’s Education and Football Programmes and manages over 100 local and international staff including the development, finance and administration teams. Vicheka holds a BA in Business Management and in-depth knowledge of the local context in which ISF works.
Sambonin KhayOperations Manager - Stung Meanchey
As Operations Manager, Bonin is responsible for the day-to-day operations of our Stung Meanchey Education Centre. He graduated with a Masters of Education from the University of Hong Kong and has several years experience in management roles such as a Deputy Manager, School Manager and Dean of Foundation Studies held at various INGOs in Cambodia.
Seiha KongOperations Manager - Chbar Ampov
Having worked in the NGO and private sector for over 13 years, Seiha is an expert on community development and human resource management. She was instrumental in ISF’s expansion to a second Education Centre in Chbar Ampov in 2012 and now oversees all the operations at this centre. She holds a BA in Business Administration and a Masters in General Management.
Samedy YinHead of Football
Samedy joined ISF as a volunteer for one of our football matches in 2009. His passion for football and organisational skills were immediately apparent and he was hired to help organise ISF’s first football league. In 2011, he was officially named Football Programme Manager for our NGO in Cambodia. During his time with ISF, Samedy has become an exceptional manager and a passionate sports for development advocate.
Sothearith Head of English
Sothearith heads up our English programme at Stung Meanchey and Chbar Ampov. He has taught English for over ten years and held management positions in higher education for over five years. He holds both a BA and MA in English Language Education from Institute of Foreign Languages (IFL), Royal University of Phnom Penh, Cambodia and Ateneo de Manila University (ADMU), the Philippines.
Chamnan ChounHead of Employment Support
Chamnan has worked for ISF for eight years – fives years in the role of Social Worker and three years in the Employment Support team. He holds a BA in Agricultural Economic and Rural Development, a BA in Teaching English and a Masters in Business Administration. As Head of Employment Support, Chamnan is responsible for facilitating soft skill training courses, Youth Role Model groups, providing career counseling, building networks with other NGOs, companies and vocational schools to link students to right resources to better their futures and career prospects.
Phearum KoanFinance Manager
Phearum holds a BA in Accounting and Finance and has been working in the NGO sector for 14 years. Her wealth of experience and knowledge sees her accountable for maintaining all of ISF’s financial and accountancy records ensuring compliance to ISF’s own financial policies and well as those of Cambodia Taxation. Phearum leads the production of financial reports for ISF’s donors, relevant Cambodia Ministries and Auditors.
Savda MethAdmin and HR Coordinator
Savda holds a BA in Rural Development and an Associate Degree in English. He has been working in the NGO sector for eight years and joined ISF as a Community Research and Development Officer in 2016. He was quickly promoted to Assistant Operations Manager which he fulfilled for two years before accepting a new role within the organisation as Admin and HR Coordinator.
