Join ISF Australia family by contributing to our cause

ISF works to eliminate barriers to education and provides pathways out of poverty for impoverished children from some of the most marginalised communities in Cambodia.

We provide uniforms, stationary, school meals, and healthcare, while families receive monthly food parcels and employment support to reduce financial burdens.

This initiative is specifically designed for people residing in Australia who would like to contribute to our cause.

How we work

Our Education and Football Programmes are designed to establish a strong foundation for lifelong learning, while our Community Projects work to address immediate challenges faced by the families. Together, these initiatives create a pathway for students to escape the cycle of poverty.

What is ISF Australia

ISF Australia (ISFA) identifies, finances and administers specific projects in Cambodia that complement the work of ISF Cambodia. These projects are clearly identified as Australian to foster friendship between the two nations and encourage the participation of the general public in Australia.

ISFA was established in 2008 to meet local regulatory requirements. It is registered with the Australian Charities & Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC) and has approval to operate as a charity and raise funds in all states and territories in Australia. It has been granted Tier One Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR) status and Income Tax Exemption by the Australian Taxation Office which means all donations are tax deductible.

Cambodian Kids Education Fund

For an annual donation of A$500 you can give Cambodian children a chance at receiving a quality education. Through our Catch-up Education Programme, children who have never had the opportunity to go to school before will be taught two years of the Cambodian curriculum in one year for as long as it takes to get them to the right grade for their age and integrated into school. Once in state school, we’ll continue to support them by covering school fees, books and supplies, uniforms, extra classes (English and ICT), healthcare and much more.

As a member of the Cambodian Kids Education Fund your donation will play a part in providing a secure education to over 700 kids. You will receive:

  • Email updates from ISF students
  • Bi-annual and financial reports
  • Newsletters
  • An invitation to our annual presentation in Sydney relating to the charity’s activities

“

Our home is in an old graveyard. When I was 8, I had to stop going to school, because I had to stay home and help my mother. I was so sad in my heart.
