ISF works to eliminate barriers to education and provides pathways out of poverty for impoverished children from some of the most marginalised communities in Cambodia.
We provide uniforms, stationary, school meals, and healthcare, while families receive monthly food parcels and employment support to reduce financial burdens.
This initiative is specifically designed for people residing in Hong Kong who would like to contribute to our cause.
How we work
Our Education and Football Programmes are designed to establish a strong foundation for lifelong learning, while our Community Projects work to address immediate challenges faced by the families. Together, these initiatives create a pathway for students to escape the cycle of poverty.

What’s involved?
Sponsorship costs HK$ 1,000 per month or
HK$ 12,000 per year. We guarantee that every cent will be spent on our operations in Cambodia with no administration cost in Hong Kong.
How long will my sponsorship last?
To help ensure the sustainability of our programme, we ask for a minimum commitment of one year. During this year, we hope that you will see the difference your donation makes in the lives of the children we work with and that you will continue to support us on an ongoing basis.
Our impact and reach
What started with a classroom of 15 children, over the past 17 years has grown to two schools open six days a week and a multifunctional football pitch where daily training sessions are held. Every year we support:
